PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL BAGS ARE CLEANED OUT - SHIRTS/ OFFICIAL VESTS/ TRAINING BIBS ARE WASHED Please make a note to give to us if any of the shirts are torn or damaged or have missing numbers - this will make it easier for us to fix.
PLEASE RETURN ALL BALLS, PUMPS, WHISTLES AND CAPTAINS ARM BANDS
MAKE SURE ALL TEAM FOLDERS ARE EMPTIED AND PLAYERS CARDS AND TEAM OFFICIAL CARDS ARE RETURNED

Notification of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
It is nearly that time again – the AGM will be held
on Monday the 25 October 2010.
7.00pm
at Davistown RSL
Please come along and support your club.
All positions are VACANT and need to be filled on the night.
Many long term Committee members will not be standing again next season
in particular – Club Registrar / Non comp Football Rep / Saturday Junior Fixtures / Canteen Manager / Marketing & Sponsorship
so if you have an interest and/or can help out in any of these or other roles, please put your hand up.
If you require anymore information about any of the Committee positions, please contact me.
This is a very big club and we need as many helpers as we can get.

NON-COMP PRESENTATION is on Sunday 12 September...
Non Comp Presentation Day will be at
Frost Reserve on
Sunday the 12 September
Their will be rides, games, face painting, poppers and sausage sandwiches for all players.
The day will run from 10am to 2pm.
Presentation times for the age groups will be as follows:
Under 5s 10.30am
Under 6s 11.00am
Under 7s 11.30am
Under 8s 12.00pm
Under 9s 12.30pm
The canteen and BBQs will be open and age groups will be rostered to help run the day.
The roster for this is:
10.15am to 11.00am Under 6s
11.00am to 11.45am Under 5s
12.00pm to 12.30pm Under 7s
12.30pm to 1.00pm Under 9s
1.00pm to 1.30pm Under 8s
Could you please supply 1 member of each team to help at these times and email Marty Boland

the name of the helpers.
They will be running the canteen and BBQs.
The day at Frost is a chance for all teams to get together, have lunch enjoy the activities and receive their awards.
Parents are encouraged to join in on the day and support the club by purchasing your lunch from the canteen. We will have great deals on family meals, snacks and drinks so come along and enjoy and as it is a club day for the kids, no alcohol is to be brought to the ground.

A Change to Physiotherapy Services Tuesday
As the season draws to a close fewer players are taking advantage of Stan’s services at Frost Reserve on a Tuesday night.
Therefore could any injured players call his clinic on Monday or Tuesday morning (before lunch) and he would be happy to see you(free-of-charge) after 6pm at
Erina Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy which is located within the Fitness First, in “The Hive” area of the Erina Fair Shopping Centre.

Kincumber Roo’s Football Club in conjunction with QANTAS is proud to offer a 3 hour journey in a BOEING 767 full flight simulator.
Get the pilots view for take off and landing. While your flying you can visit places like Sydney, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Paris, Rome, Singapore and many more destinations in this 3 hour adventure (without the jetlag!).
Your experience will include transport for you and 2 friends to and from the QANTAS FLIGHT TRAINING CENTRE at Mascot (beside the Sydney International Airport), where you will receive a guided tour of the Simulator Building.
Inside this building you will be able to see all of the QANTAS full flight simulators in action, the 747, A330 and the pride of the QANTAS fleet the new AIRBUS A380 simulator.
After your guided tour of the simulator building it’s off for a preflight briefing before you step into the pilot’s shoes for take off in your very own BOEING 767. The 767 is the same aircraft which has transported the QANTAS socceroos around the globe in the last 2 world cup campaign’s.
This opportunity does not come up very often and it’s hard to put a value on this prize, but to hire this simulator from QANTAS for 3 hours it would cost in excess of $1500.00. With that combined with your transport and guided tour it’s a prize worth buying tickets for.

NSW Womens U/15 State team 'WIN".... Nationals Title
More great news..... One of our former "Roos" Lily Bardsley was selected to represent NSW Womens U/15's in the National Titles held last week at Coffs Harbour and they have gone through to WIN the National title.
This is just another great step forward for Lily and hopefully she gets selected in the Australian U/15 womens teams who would then get to play in the Asian Cup overseas next year.
We all wish Lily well as we support one of our own local players making inroads to a potentially great future.
Keep up the good work Lily!!.....Kincumber Roos are supporting you!!

12A's Gala Day Winners
The 12A's played in Kariong’s Gala Day and were undefeated all day, making it through to the Grand Final.
It went into extra time where Kincumber and Gosford could not be separated. Our team were runners up on corner count back – as 1 corner made the difference.
Congratulations to our players who did themselves, their parents and the Club proud showing great sportsmanship all day.
