May 23 U11E vs Berkleyvale , Result: 1 - 2 Loss
Another great team display, possible our best ever. Broden opened the scoring but Berkley came back and took the lead off a couple of corners. Berkleyvale are very very strong and at the top of the ladder but we were always dangerous and defended well, we almost leveled the score with the last kick of the game. Thank you to all the parents for getting all the kids there on a miserable day. The whole team gave 100% MOM Cody for a fantastic saving header. |
May 15 U11E vs Umina , Result: 5 - 0 Win
Excellent game today. The first half was fairly even until we took control with two goals before the break. Second half we carried on where we left off and scored another three. Broden was on fire and scored four, then Ellie scored her first for the team. MOM Holly who never stopped battling. |
May 08 U11E vs Ourimbah , Result: 0 - 3 Loss
We started off as strong as ever today,but could make little headway into Ourimbah's tight defence. Our 10 players battled valiantly, but with a couple of injuries with the kids on the pitch Ourimbah slowly took control, finally with ten minutes to go they broke through and scored and then got a couple more before the final whistle. MOM David who stood strong throughout the match. |
May 01 U11E vs The Entrance , Result: 2 - 0 Win
Another great game today, we mixed up the play a bit today great save by Hayden in second half. Zoe played a blinder at both ends of the field and gets a well deserved MOM. goals Broden & Zoe. |
Apr 24 U11E vs Woy Woy , Result: 2 - 2 Draw
A great game against some stiff opposition, at last we had our full 12. The team worked hard in defence and made the best of our strikes forward. Broden kept us level at half time and Zoe put us in the lead early in the second half. Woy Woy grabbed a late equaliser. but it was a well earned point. WOM goes to Ellie. |
Apr 17 U11E vs East Gosford , Result: 2 - 0 Win
Excellent game today, the whole team played brillant. Two fine goals by Broden and Cody. Zoe & Ben always looked dangerous on the left. Holly and Lochlan were always battling in the centre. David and Riley shared goalkeeping and got stuck in when on the field. I'm really pleased with both Jai and Jacob who've listened well and were clearing to the sides and keeping us safe at the back. MOM goes to Hayden who was solid in defence and made some excellant runs down the right. Well Done! |
