We are are coming to the end of the season with this game being our 2nd last game, i think they are going to miss it!!!! Last game next week then Presentation Day on the 12th September.
The boys played another Fantastic game of soccer today. The are continuing to pass the ball to each other and look for the best positioned team player to pass it too. There's not too much more to write as all the mum's and dad's are very proud with how our team support each other. Today's Player of the Match went to Owen, Congratulations! |
Aug 15 U6-4 vs Toukley, Tuggerah, Terrigal, Kanwal & Terrigal , Result: 0 - 0 Draw
What a miserable start to the day. Overcast then pouring with rain before the day even starts! Our first Gala Day and we were all very excited (kids and parents). We set up camp and got warmed up ready for the first game. Our team played against Toukly, Tuggerah, Terrigal, Kanwal & another Terrigal team. What competition we had. The boys played their little hearts out today with some tears and injuries laughs and seriousness too. You all played wonderfully and we couldn't ask for anymore than that we are all very proud! Thanks to Brian (Tyne's grandad) for coaching the kids today. Also Aaron was still unwell and Nicky competing at motorbikes we borrowed 2 players Harrison and Zane we couldn't have made it through the day without you. Harrison did some great kicks and defending. Zane ran his little legs off and even scored a goal. Thankyou both so much. Owen wasn't 100% well but still put in 100% effort for his team great passing and defending Owen (: James well done great running, ball skills and goal scoring(: and Tyne looking out who to pass the ball or kick the ball too, defending the ball and running so fast to get the ball, nice goal too (: What a TEAM!!!!!!!!!! Overall we had a draw, 3 wins and a loss.......Thanks Terrigal for putting on such an enjoyable day, we look forward to attending another one! |
Aug 14 U6-4 vs Wyomg , Result: 0 - 0 Win
With the bad weather we had Owen and Aaron both not well not being able to play today ): With only 4 players and the boys knowing there was no reserves today meaning no breaks that didn't stop our little troppers!!!! Nicky did some great running and tackles and almost getting that ball into the net. Jaden used his spurt of energy early in the game doing some great kicks! James and Tyne were our scorers passing the ball, calling for the ball and defending too. Nicky was our Player of the match today. Well done. |
Aug 07 U6-4 vs Kincumber , Result: 0 - 0 Win
Everyone was well and ready to play today after all the rain we've had and keen to get kicking that ball! Jaden showed us his improving ball skills again today getting another goal! Once again the boys continue to use their skills passing the ball to their team players. Well done to Aaron getting another goal too. Aaron was also our Player of the match today! Owen and Tyne were our other super scorers. James as usual used his great ball skills and defence to help out his team. Excellent!!!! |

We are all sooooooooo excited Jaden scored his first goal today, he was very proud of himself by the look on his face when the ball went into the net keep up the great work Jaden. James, Owen and Tyne were our other scorers for the day. Our team play so well together combining their different skills forming a great TEAM. Aaron made some great saves getting to the ball and kicking it away from the nets! Our player of the match went to Jaden, well done buddy..... |

WOW Jaden sooooo close to getting that goal today, it's coming there is going to be one before the end of the season!!! All the mum's cheering for you are so happy on how much you have improved keep it up!!! Tyne, James and Owen well done today on your goals and Nicky almost getting one. You boy's are doing so well looking out for your team players always calling for the ball and your passing is excellent. TEAM WORK all the time!!!! We (mums, dads, nans, pops and other family) are all very proud. Today's player of the match went to James, Well Done.
Also thankyou to James for helping out another Kincumber side and Tyne & Owen also helping out another Kincumber side. Both Teams were short a few players. Just shows how enthused the boy's are on their game.
Hopefully the sun stays shining and training will be on on Tuesday see you all then. |

Finally.... We had a game after all the wet weather!!! And did the boy's enjoy it. They are doing so well, improving on their ball skills every week. Sometimes it's hard to believe that they are only 6 year olds!!! Well done to Tyne, James and Owen on your great goals. Our player of the match went to Aaron today. Keep up all the great team work. |

It took the boy's a bit to get into the game today (maybe cause it was a later game & our coach is away)no excuses though and that didn't stop them either!!! Thanks to Aaron's dad for filling in. They all played the ball so well, passing to their team mates and looking to who was there to pass it to. Great goals to James and Tyne. Our opposition today was another Kincumber team! Which were down 2 members so we had to share one of our boy's, Tyne helped them out, Thanks Tyne! They were are great little team of girl's and really made our boy's really play hard. (which they did) James was our player of the match today and scored some great goals. Owen was our other goal scorer today with a top goal! It was good to have Nicky back too. Jaden is sure to score in the next coming weeks as he is getting into the game more and more each week. It's great to watch our kids each week, they put 100% in and are playing sooooooo well. Keep it up (: |

Once again 100% effort put in from all the boys today. They had to work a bit harder as East Gosford had some good soccer skills. By the end of the game they were worn out, lots of deffending, running and passing to do. Our team was 1 short but that didn't stop us!!!! We hope Nicholas is having a great time on his holiday a big hello from all of us. It's great to see the boy's spreading out more and calling to their team mates when passing the ball. Player of the match today went to Owen, well done. |
