| Aug 29 W14C vs Ourimbah , Result: 0 - 0 Draw Nil all draw today against 4th place, shows the caliber of team we have become. Everyone of the girls once again gave 110% to the team. Today's write up is really a tribute to every player. I'm proud to be the coach of our team, everyone of the girls has improved so much over the year. Most games we played short, never any subs but when we played no one ever gave up. Thanks to all the Mums and Dads for your help over this season, hope to see you all next year. |
| Aug 22 W14C vs Berkeley Vale , Result: 1 - 0 Win WIN WIN WIN Our first win of the year and what a game. Berkeley Vale a super hard team to play, that's why they are coming first, but our girls started to game as planned, attacking, fast and wanting to win. Everyone played their best game every. Paije and Samara lead from the front applying heaps of pressure and moving the ball well. Ruby, Zoe, Lucy and Ashley in the centres, passing, pushing the ball and attacking. To the backs Mindy(with dodgy knee!)Gaby, Bianca and Amy did so well to keep Berkeley out in the second half as berkley came out firing. And of coarse Tess in goal. Super, Fantasic came Tess saved us at least 5 or 6 times great stuff. Well done to all the team. Amy and Paije players of the match and a very proud coach. |
| Aug 15 W14C vs Avoca , Result: 1 - 1 Draw Hard match again this week, everyone seemed a bit flat after a week off, but as usual the girls persisted and gave till the end and Zoe scored a well deserved goal after trying for another 2. Bianca was player of the match with a special mention to Amy for a super effort today, she went at it from the whislte. Well done girls. |
| Jul 25 W14C vs Wyoming , Result: 1 - 4 Loss What a fantasic game today, mainly our second half. Half time came and it was 4 nil to Wyoming, in the break we had a re think and the Girls came out focused, Lucy quickly scored a goal, we had 3 or 4 other chances but could convert them :-( We won the second half scoring the 1 goal and Tess as always had a great game keeping them scoreless in the second term. Player of the match performances from Mindy and Tess. Terrific game Girls considering we only had 10 players and no subs. |
| Jul 18 W14C vs Wonngarrah , Result: 0 - 2 Loss Great effort from everyone, all the girls tried their best. Lucy was player of the match, special mention to Tess, Samara, Bianca and Ashley. Super big thanks to our Sub Naomi from the 12AS team. Top game Naomi. |
| Jul 04 W14C vs Budgewoi , Result: 0 - 1 Loss Well guys, this weeks game was tough, with only 8 players(short again)the Girls put up a real fight. We started strong and had a couple of chances right up until the last minute but just ran out of puff in the end, Bianca player most of the second 1/2 with a twisted ankle. Now that's commitment! Good fight as always, and Samara was player of the match. Special mention to Lucy and Tess for a great game. |
| Jun 20 W14C vs Ourimbah , Result: 0 - 1 Loss Top match today, after 5 weeks with no Soccer everyone was keen to play, and we started like a rocket, attacking the ball from the whislte. Some great plays from Ruby, Lucy, Zoe and Paije pushing the ball and attacking. Our backs were solid with a super performance from Gaby which seen her take player of the match along with Zoe. Tess kept the ball out as usual but was unlucky to miss one, top game Tess keep up the great work. Unlucky girls! Special mention to Ourimbah's coach for his sportmanship, Thanks |

| May 16 W14C vs Kanwal , Result: 1 - 1 Draw What a fantastic game we played this week. Our forwards, Ruby, Lucy and Paije came out firing, they were all over the opposition, scoring an early goal. These girls didn't let up for the entire game, well done girls:-) Kanwal came back quite quickly and it was one all at the end of the first half. And that's where the score stayed, no goals in the second term, bugger. Big mention to Tess, she played goalie for the entire game and what a game she had, well done Tess top effort, Tess kept out at least another 6 goals. Samara had her best game of the season by far, she kept going the entire game and put plenty of balls through for the others. Sorry can't mention everyone, running out of room, backs played well and a big thanks to Brynley from the 12AS team for filling on, Thanks Player(s) of the match, Samara, Tess, Paije cant control myself! |
| May 09 W14C vs Wyoming , Result: 1 - 7 Loss We started the game flying for the first 10 minutes putting plenty of pressure on Wyoming, but we couldn't maintain it. The Girl's fired up again in the last 5 mintues. We were slow to start the second half with 2 kick goals getting in. The best part of our game was the last 15 minutes of the second term with Paije scoring a great goal. Everyone played well, special mention to Ashley in Goal from start to finish, Bianca and Amy both received player of the match for their top effort in defence. Training this week will be back to basic's with everyone needing to pitch in. Tess was away and no subs. Great effort Girls:-) |
| May 02 W14C vs Woongarah , Result: 2 - 4 Loss Great game for the girls this week, everyone played well, Tess and Ashley did a fantastic job in goal. Ruby, Lucy and Zoe played a great game with plenty of breaks made. Asley was player of the match. Great effort again girls. |
| Apr 18 W14C vs Budgewoi , Result: 1 - 2 Loss Wow, what a difference a week makes, 2 players short again, against a full strength Budgewoi side our girls did an outstanding job and should be so proud of themselves. We were so unlucky to not get a second goal(they just ran out of puff)but I can see each week we will get better and better. Ruby in her first game had a fantastic match and she received player of the match. Well done team, everyone did so well. |
| Apr 11 W14C vs Terrigal , Result: 1 - 6 Loss Tough game first up for the girls, we only had 8 players on the field for the first 15 minutes but were lucky enough to borrow 2 girls from another team. Everyone played well especially in the second half when everyone found their feet. Great effort in goal bt Mindy in the first half and bianca in the second. Special mention to Lucy who was player of the match, top game Lucy. Well played girls. |
