Dissapionting to see the girls go down 3-0. It was a very hard game, all the girls did well but we gave them the ball back too much and it cost us. We have to start getting these goals in girls and strengthen up all over the park. Man of the match went to Tess and Coops. Cya Lamby |
May 02 W18A vs Budgie , Result: 0 - 1 Loss
This was a very physical game, definatly had a lot more opportunities than the opposition but couldnt put the ball in the back of the net. We will get them next time. |
Apr 26 W18A vs Gosford , Result: 4 - 0 Win
It was good to see the return of the RANGA, as her first game back in 2010 she open her account with a nice goal, but soon came of with a sitch from eating to much MACCAS. Also scoring a goal was Kyrah who also had sum great runs and crosses towards goals. Meagan also put 2 goals in after great team work, to get the ball up their. The backs played well as also with Lee taking her time to warm up with a few AIR SWINGS, I think she was just trying to keep Rachell on her toes. Pav got the header of the day in mid feild, but I think you all know that my $20 is safe. Jees Mac, Jade,Jess H and Coops all played well with Holly taking out man of the match. Big game this weekend as we take on Budgie at home. BRING IT ON.
PS, the whole team will be looking forward to see Jess Caincross return to the feild this weekend after 2 seasons of hell.

Apr 18 W18A vs Killarney , Result: 1 - 3 Loss
Well I new this game was going to be a big test for the girls. I will start by saying it is hard for me too, not to be on the sidelines watching and shouting instructions, but thats the way it is sum times. It was great to have James to step in and help out, and super manager Kelly.Girls missing on the weekend, Jess Mac, Pav, Lee, and Jess C, we will be looking forward to having these girls back ASAP. Thanks to Abby and Vanessa who helped us from the 16a they were great. Killarney are a big side and deserved to win the first half. We won the second half which is good to see that we did not give up. From what I sore from the other field, we gave alot of ball back to them which will always make it hard for us because you are always defending. As I said before we need to get fitt as you are playing an extra 20 minutes now and I know that hurts. I heard Coops saved us a couple of times, well done Coops you homie. Keep your heads up for this weekend, we take on Gosford, see you at training. Pete. |

Umina had only 8 players and were looking forward to playing us. Trevor the Umina coach call on Saturday night and had to forfeit because he was down to 6 players. Looking forward to playing them soon as it will a great game.
